ChatGPT 登录报错原因和解决方法汇总

一、问题原因

在 chat.openai.com 登录 ChatGPT 时，提示 Sorry, you have been blocked. lf you believe this was a mistake, please contact us through our help center. （抱歉，您已被屏蔽。如果您认为这是一个错误，请通过我们的帮助中心联系我们。）：

出现这个问题的原因并不是你的 ChatGPT 帐号被封了，而是可能有以下 2 个原因导致的：

1. IP 被 ChatGPT 记录了，太多人用同一个 IP 登录/使用 ChatGPT 了；
2. 浏览器的 cookies 没有删除干净，导致无法登录新的帐号。

二、解决方法

1.遇到这个错误大家也不用慌张，这不是你 ChatGPT 帐号的问题，一般来说我们只需要换一个 IP 地址，清除浏览器 cookies 再登录 ChatGPT 就可以正常登录使用了。
